An iPad, a laptop, a friendly AV team and a massive projector.

When an event has a big projector, why not use it for live illustration?

The speakers take centre stage and the backdrop is often a massive screen. It will show hold graphics, session titles and even a keynote slide deck.

It’s the perfect space for live visual notes to be displayed too.

It’s an evolutionary fact - probably - that humans just cannot get enough screen time. And taking the drawing off the paper, into an iPad and onto a screen has a 98% bigger impact on eyeballs*.

It doesn’t take much to add visual pizazz to your event with live event drawing via an iPad. Most events are set up for it already.

As the day progresses the images are instantly available for social media feeds, mail outs and other engagement methods. After all - events these days are all about content!
