The problem with clichés is they work. We’ve all been round the houses trying to think of a quick and easy way to sum something up. And landed on the most obvious phrase we always use. And in business the old reliable phrases come out again and again. And the same is true with cartoonists. And we relish a cliché. We live for them. They are mana from heaven. Desert Islands, anything classical (especially gladiators) and of course dinosaurs. You could illustrate an entire event just doing cavemen (and women). And today is of course national draw a dinosaur day (in America anyway). And in keeping with the new era of low effort blog posting I have asked Chat GPT for a list of top business clichés and then added dinosaurs.
